To order a product, you must first click on the item you are interested in purchasing. A page with information detailing the specifications of the product will be displayed, along with price and weight details. At this point, if you require more than one of your chosen item, you can adjust the quantity by using the (+) or (-) button. This can also be done at the basket stage, click the ‘Add To Basket‘ button to add the product to your shopping basket.
Much like shopping in a regular store, your shopping basket allows you to safely keep your items held waiting for you while you continue browsing for other products. You can access your shopping basket any time by either clicking/hovering over the ‘trolley icon’ in the top right of your screen or by clicking the ‘Basket‘ button available on the top menu of the website.
When you have finished selecting all of the items you wish to add to your shopping basket, you may click on the ‘Proceed to Checkout‘ button to begin the submission of your order. You will be greeted with a page requiring your email address, contact, billing and delivery address details.
If you have a coupon and have not entered in on the basket stage then please enter this now in the ‘Have a coupon’ box on the top left. You can also put in any special notes for delivery. Please ensure that you verify the information you supply in the relevant fields, and always check that the details you are submitting are correct.
Now select your preferred method of payment. If you are absolutely sure that your order is correct the click on ‘Place order’ button. If using direct bank transfer please use order ID found in red at the top left-hand side of this screen as your reference; you will be emailed our bank details separately once you’ve placed your order (for security reasons).
Please note as stated that goods will only be shipped once the funds have cleared our account.
